STOP! STOP STOP!!!!!! HEY STOP LOOKING NOW!!!!!! There is no reason to go no further in looking into a company that does quality, and professional service. AND THE WHOLE NINE YARDS. I tried to trouble shot the problem myself and then it came down to calling and setting up an appointment. They were at my house not only the same day but called me within an hour to say they’ll be at my place directly. It is AC season people, and I not only had service IMMEDIATELY BUT FOR A BELOW REASONABLE PRICE. For the trouble shooting the guy did and the understanding of the system to explain to me the situation. And the ABSOLUTE GUIDANCE the servicer explained to me while the repair was getting done. I could go on and on with this review. But I’m not going to. I will end it by saying this. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS LOW PRICE. PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL and QUALITY SERVICE. You don’t have to call these guys, because I’m absolutely sure they do well enough. But if you want something done right… THE FIRST TIME. I demand you NOT TO TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AT ALL. You experience the service first hand and can honestly say that this review isn’t as i said it was. i would say i would pay for your service myself. But I know how people are. So I won’t. But just get them to your place and let there service speak for itself. THANK YOU TITAN HEATING AND COOLING!!!! You just earned yourself a dedicated customer. DEDICATED!!!!!! We are really pleased with the great service you and your sons gave to us. To have everything handled in just one phase, the extra wiring and even a basement register tossed in, sure was nice. Thank you very much for getting this estimate for the new furnace over to me and for all the amazing service you and Danny provide. I have strongly advised the buyer (J.P. and Melissa Peltier) to continue with Titan, and Danny in particular, because no service technicians know this house better or is more trustworthy and ethical! So hopefully when/if they purchase the house and use our credit for a new furnace, they will contact you directly to install per this estimate.
